TRAGEDY AT IBARAPA: Farmer Dies In Cocoa Farm

It was a tragic Wednesday when news broke in Igangan, the now popular community in Oyo state following the discovery of the dead remains of a 65-year-old farmer identified as Alfa Sikiru Akinlotan on his farm.

The deceased was reportedly, discovered dead, on his farm after his cocoa plantation was set ablaze by unknown arsonists.

WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the farmer, Akinlotan was found dead on his burnt cocoa plantation on Wednesday in Igangan community, Ibarapa area of Oyo State.

As at the time of filing this report, the cause of his death was unconfirmed.
