The appointment of Idoko Lona Kingsley by President Muhammadu Buhari into the Board of Agricultural credit facility is a round peg in a round hole.



A statement signed by convener of Igala Vanguard, Engr. Lawrence Ankpa and made available to media men, commended the current administration on the choice of the young lad who had made a consistent, unrivalled record of achievement in the private sector, saying his foray into public sector will be a major ‎landmark to achieving the objectives of this administration.

The Igala group enjoined the new appointee to demonstrate his wealth of experience garnered over the years that brought him to limelight, saying his distinct achievement was a major corollary to ‎his current appointment.

According to the group, the entrepreneurial background of the young appointees family span over  decades ‎in all endeavours particularly in oil and gas, transportation, haulage and other commercial activities, have placed him in a vantage position to perfom outstandingly well in anticipation of the government and the people.

They congratulated the new appointee and urged him to use his new status as an opportunity to transform the hitherto comatose and demanding posture of the agricultural sector, so as to achieve sufficient food production and attain genuine export status in line with the programs and policies of the current administration.
