BUHARI APPOINTS OKOWA'S ECA; FRED OGHENESIVBE AS CHAIRMAN OF NITT'S BOARD

President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Barrister Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe as Chairman, Nigeria Institute of Transport Technology, NITT.

Barr. Latimore, a pragmatic and dedicated personality with a strong flair for executing assigned responsibilities is the Executive Assistant on Communications, has described the appointment as divine.



Meanwhile, a group of youths from Delta state understand the aegis of Youths for Good Governance, commended the President for appointing their leader to oversee the affairs of the Board of the Nigeria Institute of Transport Technology, NITT and are of the strong belief that, Barrister Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe will not disappoint in the discharge of his duties.

Spokesman for the group , Comrade Elvis Ovierisi described Barr. Oghenesivbe's appointment as a round peg in a round hole, assuring Nigerians that their leader is a man of foresight and vision whose contributions to the further development of the parastatal will become visible in no short while.
