"No Plans To Withdraw Our Support; We Are Solidly Behind Atiku's Presidency",.... Coalition of Support Groups Declare
Prominent leaders of the Coalition of Support Groups of Atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa have come out to debunk reports being circulated in certain sections of the media of the purported plans by them to dump their support for the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON.
A statement by top leaders of the coalition, issued Friday in Abuja, debunked the report, describing it as another failed attempt by faceless groups under the sponsorship of the APC, desperate to gain attention.
According to the statement, "not only are the allegations false, malicious and misleading, we wish to categorically state that we as support groups of His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON are strongly behind the candidacy of our Leader, who by the Grace of God Almighty, shall be sworn in as President and Commander-In-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, come 2019".
"Our support is total and no amount of falsehood or propaganda will make us shift our ground in our unflinching loyalty to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP ".
President of the Atiku Loyalists Support Group; a Coalition of Support Groups, Honourable Princess Kemi Adesanya, in the statement, stressed that her group which is made up of over thirty five other support groups, chose to come together to strengthen their support in other to give Atiku Abubakar, GCON (Waziri Adamawa) more votes and ensure victory for him in the 2019 presidential elections".
Honorable Kemi Adesanya noted that an Atiku presidency is the needed tonic that can revive our dear country and take the people away from poverty, insecurity and economic collapse.
"Nigeria, under an Atikulated leadership of a true democrat in the person of AAA is all we are asking for and, with such an intelligent and economically sound vice president who is Obidently versed in proper governance, Nigeria will definitely be rescued from the failed leadership that is getting set to ship out".
Godwin Enemona, leader of the Democratic Development Network, while addressing the media, cautioned those peddling falsehood as it would neither shake their belief and confidence in Alhaji Atiku Abubakar whose victory in the 2019 elections has been ordained already.
"The cries and prayers of the common man in nigeria shows that the present administration has failed woefully and in their desperation, adopted propaganda and falsehood which the role have seen and identified", he said.
Prince Gbenga (Gmoney) Owojaiye, Coordinator of Nigerians Colabo For Atiku #2019, while speaking with Naij News Alert, stressed that he and his members are too Atikulated and Obidiently focused to be distracted by the antics of a failed administration whose only achievement in office is the promotion of cheap and dirty propaganda that has no basis or foundation in a country like Nigeria.
"We in the Nigerians Collabo 4 Atiku know what we want and that is the presidency, come 2019 for our leader and Nigerians have endorsed it. The women and youths of this great nation have also endorsed it".
"These endorsements were clearly visible to all Nigerians including the diaspora during the recent campaign flag off in the Northwest, North central and even the Northeast of the country. It was evidently visible to the ruling All Progressives Congress that their time is up. An Atiku Abubakar presidency will resolve the setbacks and Nigeria will definitely assume its pride and place in the comity of nations".
