"DONATE SANITIZERS TO NIGERIANS OVER COVID-19"..…. Ossai Urges Nigerian Businessmen, Political and Religious Leaders.
"As of today, there are countless Nigerians who cannot afford hand sanitizers or face masks and we have to provide them to stop the spread and fear of the coronavirus".
With the global pandemic of the Corona Virus, otherwise called COVID-19 and its attendant challenges, an appeal has been made to the business community including political and religious leaders to urgently, donate sanitizers and face masks to Nigerians on order to checkmate the spread of the virus.
Making this appeal in Asaba, the Delta state capital is the Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Special Duties Media, Mr. Ossai Ovie Success.
Ossai, who in 2015 was the youngest appointee of government across the country then, made this known on his Facebook page, as he noted that, it was imperative that everyone needs to contribute their quota to fight the spread and fear of Coronavirus.
"The Covid-19 pandemic is a reality with the increasing number of confirmed cases in Nigeria and this therefore, calls for Politicians, Religious Leaders, royal fathers Businessmen, and well-meaning Nigerians to donate hand sanitizers and face mask to Nigerians".
"As of today, there are countless Nigerians who cannot afford hand sanitizers or face masks and we have to provide them to stop the spread and fear of the coronavirus".
"Enough of preaching every day by Government, political and religious Leaders".
"This calls for action and together we can conquer the spread and fear Covid-19", Ossai stressed.
"Our economy is being affected daily and we cannot be shouting 'stay at home, work from home' when we are yet to provide free sanitizer to our people", he said.
"We have individuals who can afford to provide thousands of hand sanitizers to people out there".
"Irrespective of the power of our finances, we can speak out by donating hand sanitizers and face masks to Nigerians", the Special Duties assistant to Okowa noted.
He commended the Delta State Government for the steps taken to end the spread and fear of Coronavirus.
