The Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Delta State chapter, Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso, has congratulated the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Communication, Barrister Fred-Nuvie Latimore Oghenesivbe on his birthday.

Esiso described the media expert as a highly resourceful personality in the world of Communication Management, as he felicitated with him on the auspicious occasion of his birthday anniversary.

The Delta state PDP chairman who made this known in a goodwill message on Saturday, on behalf of Delta PDP family, further described Barrister Oghenesivbe as a vibrant, distinguished and resourceful media Manager who has recorded enviable success in strategic political communication.

According to the PDP Chieftain, Oghenesivbe has remained a force to reckon with in media politics since he assumed office as Executive Assistant on Communications to the Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.
