WE MUST FOLLOW UP: A salute to Amotekun! By Frederick Odorige

"I Salute Amotekun For The Srrest. We Are Very Proud Of You. Ride On!..... Says Frederick Odorige

FOLLOW and REPORT the proceedings of the Chinese thieves arrested for illegally mining our gold in Osun state. No sweeping this under the carpet.

We must follow this news to the very end.

Does it mean that the police and DSS have not been aware of such illegalities?

I SUGGEST that all vloggers, bloggers, other  media and the rest of us should do our best to FOLLOW and REPORT the proceedings of the Chinese thieves arrested for illegally mining our gold in Osun state. No sweeping this under the carpet.

We must follow this news to the very end. I salute Amotekun for the arrest. We are very proud of you. Ride on! Does it mean that the police and DSS have not been aware of such illegalities? They settle traditional rulers and they keep quiet. That was how murderous herdsmen took over our bushes after settling traditional rulers.

If African leaders know the extent of illegal businesses the Chinese are doing in our various countries, all Nigerians will be called saints. Which African can try such an illegal business in China? They will kill the person before calling the police. You arrogantly discriminate against us in your country but you come to our country to steal and you end up donating face masks and sanitizers to us because you are aware that our leaders are clueless.

This is a wake up call for all state governments. Explore your local resources and stimulate the economy. This is one of the reasons why I will always remain a proud Nigerian. I go nowhere! I will never join any group to think or discuss about breaking Nigeria no matter their grammar and sarcasm. I knew very many years ago that the problem with us is not Nigeria. It is Nigerians! Nigerians!!
The silence of Nigerians to shameful and destructive governance. Why should I blame the British and Fulani when my state governor looted our state, was jailed in Britain and he is currently reveiving N4.2m monthly as life pension. My people showered him with several chietaincy titles on his return, remained silent and sheepishly 'loyal" for life. It was Fulani and the British that twisted our brains?

I repeat: God SPECIALLY blessed us with 34 mineral resources spread across 420 locations throughout the country. He commanded us to be fruitful, have dominion and replenish the earth. Now we are escaping to other countries in search of greener pastures when what we are looking for in Sokoto is in our Shokoto!

NIGERIA HAS NO REASON TO BE POOR, BEG, STEAL OR BORROW. We have no reason to engage in drugs, ritual killing or 419.
We can see how foreigners troop into our country through our airports. They see what we refused to see. Every state is fully loaded with natural endowments and blessings from above. God blessed us beyond oil. Nigeria is biblical Canaan. God designed us to enjoy life yanfu-yanfu. When men slept, satan planted locusts in our green fields in the name of politicians.

Zamfara is known as the poorest state in Nigeria but the truth is that about  80% of our gold deposit is in that state. What they have is POOR LEADERS. People mine raw gold in Zamfara and smuggle them to the United Arab Emirates. It is refined at the UAE and Nigerians troop there to buy the same gold and bring them back to Nigeria with the mindset of "I bought it in Dubai". Our products!

This is why we need a fresh set of leaders. I admire Gov Seyi Makinde from afar. I keep tab on the performances of state governors. If Makinde remains focused, Oyo state could be transformed into a model in Nigeria. I am very anxious to see a Nigerian state that will be like a developed country. We have all it takes to be great.
When they discriminate against us abroad, it is not only because of the colour of our skin. It is because they see us as rich people who decided to allow our governments to make us poor. They see us as those who could not figure how to get out of poverty in the midst of plenty. The only respect they have for us is when they see how Nigerians excel abroad in their various professional fields. Put a black American and a Nigerian side by side in Europe. They will respect the black American more than the Nigerian based on the country they are coming from. They respect you based on what your country has achieved.

Dividing Nigeria is not the option. Fighting together to destroy the stronghold of our greedy politician is the real option. How can a country be so blessed but cannot have steady electricity and standard hospitals which are basic necessities in any country? How can a country be so rich that 200 million citizens choose to remain silent when their commonwealth is being spirited away by less than 10,000 idiots? OUR SILENCE MUST DIE! That should be our prayer point.

Turn it to prayer: whatever is in me that forces me to be silent to oppression and poverty, DIE!!!!!
Do not stop the declaration: As from today, I must speak up and act. I stand to claim what is mine. Every satanic power, in the name of politicians, operating in the physical or in the realm of he spirits; that have come to STEAL, KILL and DESTROY, I bind your source of strength in the Mighty name of Jesus!

Henceforth, my tribe, my region, my religion and my political party will not weigh me down. I stand up for my rights above these. I claim what is mine. I refuse to be reduced by man or by woman in or out of authority.
Yes, that is the spirit. We must not allow our politicians to steal from us and allow foreigners to steal from us. We cannot be that stupid. I wonder why they did not handcuff the illegal gold miners.

Let me make some contacts. This should be on international media. If they were Nigerians involved in such  illegalities, it would have been on CNN and BBC by now. Lai Mohammed does not seem to know when to act.

My people, together we shall overcome.
Have full confidence in the victory ahead!!
