EDO 2020: Osagie Ize-Iyamu And Adams Oshiomhole... Men Of Unstable Character, Highly Deceptive Individuals.

You need to watch the videos wherein Osagie Ize-Iyamu and Adams Oshiomhole took on each other in 2016. Their war of words were centered on "Looting of Edo State Treasury and Sharp practice".

Oshiomhole accused Ize-Iyamu of looting Edo State treasury as SSG to the government under Chief Lucky Nosa Igbinedion while Ize-Iyamu fired back at Oshiomhole over what he called "misappropriation and stealing of a substantial part of N1.4 trillion of Edo State money within eight years in office as Governor.

Ize-Iyamu who suddenly became a pastor to redeem his image as a result of political ambition, swore to arrest and prosecute Oshiomhole to account for the stolen funds belonging to the good people of Edo State.

Oshiomhole on the other hand, disclosed that the very reason he did not appoint Ize-Iyamu into his cabinet was as a result of his large appetite for sharp practices and disgusting records of unscrupulous multifaceted deals involving the infamous pastor. And that Edo people must never allow Ize-Iyamu to become Governor so as to prevent him from having direct access to the state treasury.

Oshiomhole, it was, who strongly recommended Governor Godwin Obaseki, for the office of governor of Edo State, based on his enviable contributions to the success made within the eight years of his stewardship as APC governor in the state.

The question now is that; what manner of man is Oshiomhole? Is Osagie Ize-Iyamu truly a born again Christian? What brought these two alleged looters and financial crime supremos together once again?

The answers are not far fetched. Oshiomhole is on a mission to undo Obaseki haven been disgraced from office as National Chairman of APC, as a result of his political and leadership fracas with his successor.

Oshiomhole did not reconcile with Ize-Iyamu for the good and benefit of Edo people, they reconciled to fight a honest hardworking governor, in the person of Obaseki, for refusing to share Edo peoples money among a tiny cabal of primitive wealth accumulators in the state.

Ize-Iyamu as a reckless political hustler  without strong principles, saw in Oshiomhole a man beaten, bruised and looking for all kinds of synergy to pull down is chronic archenemy, Obaseki; and he quickly keyed into it. He knew very well that Oshiomhole is willing and ready to spend his stolen billions of Naira in his campaign.

As a matter of fact, Ize-Iyamu has not and will not spend his personal kobo on his governorship electioneering campaign. Capt Hosa Okubo and Adams Oshiomhole are the visible principal financiers of Ize-iyamu's governorship project.

And why is Capt Okubo spending billions of Naira to sponsor Ize-Iyamu? The answer remained his determination to hit hard on Edo State treasury since he could not succeed in the first tenure of Obaseki. The incumbent governor will not bulge because he will never open Edo treasury for a tiny rogue cabal to loot funds at the detriment of the people.

It is common knowledge that Okubo is a political contractor, jumping from one tenure to another, from one governorship candidate to another; sponsoring election campaigns and in return cart away billions of Naira through unscrupulous contract deals. He is the political godfather to Oshiomhole and he had it rosy for eight years but not in the era of Obaseki, No. Obaseki abhors looting and share the money, in governance.

Therefore, Edo people cannot afford to mortgage their future for the benefit of few looters who have now ganged up to truncate the developmental strides of Obaseki's administration by trying to impose one of their kingpin, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, a renowned double edged sword in kalokalo politics, anchored on "you shop, I shop" sharp practices in vain leadership.

The videos of Oshiomhole and Ize-Iyamu trending on social media across the world revealed that the combination of the two radicals and alleged unrepentant rogues remained a bad deal for Edo people in the September 19 governorship election.

Ize-Iyamu and Oshiomhole are men of questionable character and grossly irresponsible in words, actions and in leadership. Their sudden and dramatic conspiracy against Obaseki and the good people of Edo State shall surely fail, yakata.
