Chief of State to the Governor of Delta State and seasoned super technocrat, Olorogun David Edevbie has again poured encomium on a renowned Political Communication strategist, Dr (Barrister) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, describing him as a top class professional in the field of political communication and media politics.

In a goodwill message, Edevbie rejoiced with Oghenesivbe over his nomination for the prestigious "Strategic Leadership Award" by the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management of Nigeria, CIISM.

Edevbie, a former Finance Commissioner in Delta State and ex-Principal Private Secretary to demised Nigeria President, Alhaji Umaru Musa Ya'Adua said;

"I am not surprised by the Award of Excellent Leadership In Information Strategy Management, conferred on you by the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy of Nigeria, (CISM).

Oghenesivbe is the pioneer Executive Assistant on Communication to Delta State Governor, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, in the first tenure, particularly from April 3, 2017 and re-appointed to serve in the same capacity, in September 2019 and subsisting.

Recall that EAC Latimore Oghenesivbe was recently admitted into CIISM's hall of fame as FELLOW, the highest professional membership of the Institute.

His induction will take place after the pre-induction training cum presentation of the prestigious Strategic Leadership Award at CIISM headquarters on October 16, 2020 in Abuja, FCT.
