DELTA POLITICS: Agwemutuwevwi/Oyovwire Political Family Welcomes Monday Odaka Into Fold

"My resignation from the Amoribility group and decision to freely, join the Aghwemutuwevwi  political forum, is indeed a welcomed development".... Odaka.

A group, under the aegis of Aghwemutuwevwi/Oyovwire Political Forum recently, paid a solidarity visit to one of Ethiope West finest grassroots mobilizer and youth leader, Comrade Monday Odaka at his  residence in Mosogar, Delta state.

The solidarity visit, which was to formally receive and welcome Comrade Odaka formally to the Nani's Aghwemutuwevwi and Oyovwire's political group, has been widely applauded by political pundits and stakeholders with the Ethiope West axis.

A source within the group has however, disclosed that the decision of the group, followed the resignation of Comrade Monday Odaka, the former director in charge of media for the Amoribility political group.

The source disclosed that Comrade Odaka's resignation from his erstwhile group and decision to freely, join the Aghwemutuwevwi  political forum, is indeed a welcomed development.

It is recalled that another reason for the visit was to also, empathize with Comrade Monday Odaka over the recent ugly incident that took place on the very day he announced his resignation from the Amoribility Pressure Group wherein, unknown hoodlums smashed the side windscreen of his car.

The unfortunate reportedly provoked the sensibilities of many residents of Ethiope west and Deltans especially in the social media who have variously, described the act as evil.

This act has been condemned by stakeholders who insist that the car was not acquired through proceeds from politics while with the erstwhile political group.

The Nani"s Aghwemutuwevwi group while frowning at the ugly act, berated the Amoribility group and advised them to shun any act capable of causing a break down of laws and order in Mosogar, in the interest of peace since government will deal decisively with any offender since everybody have a right to take dicition that could affects their lives.

The Aghwemutuwevwi political group also urged personnel of the Nigeria police to conduct proper investigations into the matter with the view to bringing the perpetrators to book, in order to forestall future occurrence.

Engr Ochuko Gbeburu who presented a cash gift worth thousands of Naira on behalf of the Aghwemutuwevwi assured that it would endeavour to fix the damaged car.

Engr Gbeburu later conveyed the empathy of the leader of the Group, Chief (Barr) John Obukowho Nanii to Comrade Monday Odaka over the evil act by his perceived political enemies and warned them to desist from such evil or face the wrath of the law.

In a swift response, Comrade Odaka expressed great appreciation to the entire leadership of  Aghwemutuwevwi/Oyovwire political pressure group for the kind gesture, warm reception and cash gift given to him by the group, describing it as least expected even as he promised to work assiduously, with all steadfastness ,with the group towards the attainment of the overall goal of  Aghwemutuwevwi, under the Barr. Kingsley Esiso led PDP in the state as always, without blemish.

"Moreso, to repeat, I have never been so warmly and brotherly received or visited since I have been working under my erstwhile group in Mosogar", Odake stated.

"It is quite true that we can know a good day from the start of the morning and the taste of the pudding is truly in the eating".

"Thus, I have no regret over my decision on 7th March, 2021 since it is already yielding results".

"Being that as it may, I wish to therefore, sincerely use this medium to express my profound gratitude to Chief (Bar)r John Obukowho Nani the Aghwemutuwevwi 1 of Idjerhe Kingdom, Engr. Dr Cross Ovie Edijana and the entire Aghwemutuwevwi political family worldwide for their kindness and benevolence to me since the incidence happened in Mosogar.

Others who spoke in solidarity during the visit included Hon Wellington Oyibo JP, Hon Johnson Okpoh P.A to Chief (Barr) Nani , Hon Sagboje Milton Odiri, Special Assistant to Chief (Barr) Nani, Hon Blessing Akamugbe; an immediate past councillor, Hon (Sen) Victor Oyibo a serving councillor under Owoso, Hon Kingsley Ejairu a serving councillor under Owoso, Comr. Francis Osiebe the former president of Jesse youth council and Hon Marian Saniyo also a serving councillor under Owoso respectively etc.

Dignitaries present are; Hon Frank Chukor, Engr Mathew Ugbune, Pst Augustine Akpobome, Mr Efemeya Ayo, Mr Gilbert Adogho, Pst Vincent Osika, Comr Akpe Wilson Onoriode, Aboyi Lawson, Sister Beauty, Sister Oyibo, and Comr Ejobotodo Japhet. etc.

Nevertheless, indications are rife that the Aghwemutuwevwi political pressure group is very formidable, well funded and organised political group, with great capacity to overrun any political pressure group in the area.
