Following the just concluded local government council elections across Delta state on Saturday, 6 March, 2021, Rotarian John Adode, JP has expressed his appreciation to the entire people of Ughelli North Local Government Council Area, the People's Democratic Party, PDP for the overwhelming support he received in securing his return to office for a second term as Executive Chairman of the Council.

In a brief chat with journalists on Sunday, Chief Adode thanked the Executive Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa for believing and supporting his candidacy which has resulted to the return of the PDP to office.

The council boss commended party chieftains and supporters of the PDP for their exemplary and peaceful conduct and disposition during and after the elections.

He assured all of his continued developmental projects of the council including providing transparent leadership.
