The Executive Director Finance and Administration Desopadec, Hon Chief Barr. John Obukohwo Nani JP, on behalf of Urhobo Nation in DESOPADEC, heartily felicitate with His Excellency, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the Executive Governor of Delta State, on the occasion of his milestone birthday Celebration.
He described Okowa as a seasoned administrator, with the ability to differenciate what constitutes the optimal objective or overall interest of a state, from an individual interest.

Chief Nani whose birthday coincided with that of his Excellency by a day difference, expressed great confidence in the ability of Senator Dr. Ifeanyi OKowa to deliver the much needed Devidend of Democracy to the down trodden grassroots of Deltans.
The Grand Patron of Aghwemutuwevwi Political Forum also used the occasion to laud Okowa's stewardship to Delta towards the provision of human capital and infrastructural development.
He prayed God Almighty to continue to guide His Excellency to finish strong in his Stronger Delta Agenda.
