TINUBU, OBASANJO AND YOU, ARE PART OF THE PROBLEMS IN NIGERIA TODAY....DAVID ADENEKAN TO RTD COMMODORE, KUNLE OLAWUNMI

A fragmented Nigeria

Prejudice apart and without mincing words, the analytical viewpoint of Rtd Navy Commodore, Kunle Olawunmi on the Intrigue of Terrorism and President Muhammadu Buhari's leadership failure is "tantamount to a headless chicken running helter skelter for breath of life". In other words, this is after-thought.

To start with, don't you think your assessment of the horrible situation in Nigeria is belated? 

Also, that you were once a military intelligence officer and you opted for Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 was a complete poor judgment. 

The fundamental questions one should ask at this juncture are as follows: Are you really a trained intelligence officer? How would you have been a properly trained military intelligence officer and not be able to evaluate a Presidential candidate in view of his political antecedents? Were some of the reasons he was overthrown by Rtd General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida in 1985 not because of nepotism, bigotry, ethnic chauvinism and primordial tendencies? Don't you think you have failed woefully as a military intelligence officer? Also, don't you think you have failed this country?

Suffice it to say that, you were not the only one that committed this greatest error in the history of Nigeria. Many like Baba Olusegun Aremu Matthew Obasanjo, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Rotimi Amechi, Raji Fasola, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, Rauf Aregbesola, Baba Bisi Akande and Senator Bukola Saraki fell into this category of lack of good judgment.

Moreover, we all saw what Buhari did when he lost gallantly, the presidential election to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and he refused to concede defeat but incited and emboldened the irate youth in the north to kill and maim hundreds of innocent corp members who served as adhoc polling officers for Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) in 2011 general elections. 

The whole world saw the barbaric jihadist movement and post election violence engineered by Buhari in 2011 general elections, and yet you think he was the best thing to happen to Nigeria in 2015. 

Poor judgment indeed! You and the likes of Tinubu and Baba Obasanjo are part of the problem in Nigeria today. 

Yes, you will need to tender an unreserved apology for the pains and horrors your poor judgment has caused the masses of this country.

Again, a very poor judgment indeed!

"Oro odun lenu adete e". This is interpreted as who will listen to a man that is down with an infectious disease called leprosy. 

Only time will tell.
