Revelations emerging from the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, under the supervision of Senator Godswill Akpabio, former Governor of Akwa Ibom state, indicate that all may not be over with reports of sleaze and outright looting in the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

According to recent information as released by top investigative journalist, Mr. Jackson Ude, publisher of Pointblanknews.com, in spite of the forensics reports already submitted, although questionable, to the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami SAN, Akpabio,alongside his cohorts have allegedly, fixed their claws on Ecological Funds of the cash cow NDDC, stashed in the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, totalling about #70bn.


According to the top investigative journalist, Mr. Jackson Ude, the Niger Delta Affairs Minister in company of his associates, have been mounting pressure on the CBN to enable them access these funds, obviously, for their personal and selfish use.

Ude, in his recent expose, disclosed that "Akpabio won't appoint a board until the#70bn is released and looted by them".

"Insiders NDDC say Akpabio and his cronies are on cleaning up before a new board comes in", it revealed.

Ude, who made these disclosures via his verified Twitter account, said "Akpabio has been using Malami to continue his dirty jobs, paying too, millions in bribes".
