SHOW OF SHAME: KASTELEA STAFF FIGHTS DIRTY... ROLLS IN MUD

A video of an official of the Kaduna State Traffic, Environmental Law Enforcement Agency, KASTELEA engaging in a brawl with a man and both of them rolling in the mud, is currently trending on several social media platforms.

The show of shame exhibited by a personnel of KASTELEA is attracting varying embarrassing statements from residents of the state.

It is recalled that KASTELEA came into force in Kaduna State, to take over from Vehicle Inspection Officers, VIO following their overzealousness and brash actions in enforcing the law which, in the process resulted in several unpalatable incidences culminating in the state government, under the leadership of Mallam Nasir Ahmed el-Rufai.

Sadly, KASTELEA has overtaken the sacked VIO personnel as they everyday, engage in acts of shame, fighting, extortion and outright violation of rights of vehicle owners including transport operations such as bus drivers, okada operators and even private car owners.

The question on the lips of residents of Kaduna State,including visitors alike is, will the Executive Governor of the state call these people to order or, will he allow KASTELEA personnel have their way?
