"I mourn with the people of Anka and Bukkuyum LGAs, we owe the families and all other affected communities across the nation a safer and brighter future. 

Presidential hopeful and former Senate President, Distinguished Senator Anyim Pius Anyim GCON, has mourned with the good people of Zamfara state following the barbaric and gruesome killings that occured in the state.

Pius Anyim, who has been undertaking consultative visits across the country in relation to his presidential aspiration, come 2023, notes that the destruction of lives and property is barbaric and the interruption of their livelihoods is saddening. 

He made this known while consoling with the people of the state especially those from Anka and Bukkuyum local government councils that have been impacted by the unfortunate incidents.

He said; "It is with a heavy heart that I condole with the people of Zamfara state. The destruction of lives and property is barbaric and the interruption of their livelihoods is saddening. 

"I mourn with the people of Anka and Bukkuyum LGAs, we owe the families and all other affected communities across the nation a safer and brighter future. 

"I pray for a Nigeria where we all live in harmony and there’s absolute security." He stated.
