The publication which was credited to a self-styled Gen. Don Banky on behalf of the ex-militant leader of which a similar publication was credited to him, wherein he threatened that if NPDC/NECONDE deals with Kusimi Community, it will lead to communal crisis.

The group described the publicatiom as a threat to peace, security and stability considering the vicious rhetorics of the ex-militant, Gen. Don Banky.

"We, therefore, appeal with government such as DSS and of course, the Nigeria Police to enforce the law by inviting Chief Aribogha to explain the link he has with the militant group led by Don Banky."

The group noted that if threats such as this are not checkmated it will create panic and unrest in the region.

The group stressed the need for the security agencies to invite the Ijaw Chief to explain how Kusimi became a tenant to Odidi Community with facts and not fictitious and unintelligent emotional outbursts.

"As a group, we dare Chief Aribogha if he is a leader who has successfully built his image, empire and reputation with the ingredients of truth, peace, hard work, trust, accountability, transparency and uprightness such as the ex-militant leader Don Banky claimed purportedly, then he should tell the public how the court has reaffirmed Kusimi community host status, which NPDC/ NECONDE have flagrantly disobeyed because of the mischievous deeds of Chief Aribogha."

The group vowed to do everything possible to get justice over the brazen injustices Chief Jonny Aribogha and his cohorts are abetting in their land.
