.... Harps on the need to fast-track development in the region now that the federal government is anchoring its leadership on renewed hope.

The Honourable Minister, Ministry of Niger Development @mnigerdelta, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, over the weekend, proclaimed his desire to use Mr. President's "Renewed Hope" agenda as the primary vehicle for the execution of the ministry's plans and programs for the rapid development of the region.

Engr. Momoh made this known during when he met with the highly reverred and respected Ijaw leader, Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark at his residence in Abuja.

Engr. Momoh, during the meeting with the former Federal Commissioner, harped on the need to fast-track development in the region now that the federal government is anchoring its leadership on renewed hope.

The minister thanked him for believing in the course of the Niger Delta people and also promised to never let the people down.
