FG REVIEWS OF SALE OF HOUSES UNDER NATIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMME

Subscribers of the National Housing Programme particularly those with Provisional Offer of Allocation of Housing Units under the on-going National Housing Programme that the Provisional Letter of Offer of Allocation have been notified of the invalidation of the offers made to them. 

This information was made public by the Supervising Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Mohammed Mamman in a press release made available to journalists in Abuja on Saturday.

According to the press release, a copy of which was made available to naijnewsalert.com.ng  "the invalidity affects the First Batch of Provisional Offers of Allocation issued on 10th December, 2021 which has 90 days validity period that elapsed on 10th March, 2022 up to the last Batch of (14h Batch) issued on 18th July, 2023 which also has a validity period of 90 days that elapsed on 18th October, 2023." 

"The Ministry is currently in the process of revising the conditions and procedures of sales of the houses and will publicize same in due course when concluded.

"By this information, ALL the interested subscribers who are yet to pay for the Houses offered them are given a grace time to Thursday, 30th November, 2023 to make their payment." The statement concluded.
