THE NATIONAL GRAZING RESERVES COMMISSION BILL
A Bill for the National Grazing Reserves Commission has passed 2nd Reading on the floor of the Lower Chambers of the National Assembly.
With the reported cases of clashes between herdsmen and farmers which has seen the loss of lives in hundreds and the still counting, the issue of National Grazing Reserves Commission should be given due consideration and addressed so as not to be seen as giving powers to the wrong persons.
