Embattled and controversial Economic and Financial Crimes Commission boss, Ibrahim Magu has been relieved of his position and a new chairman announced.



In his place, Ahmed Abdulrahman has been appointed as EFCC boss.

Abdulrahman, a Deputy Commissioner of Police from the Police College Kaduna, is seen as the best hand to run the Anti-corruption agency followibg the severe criticisms against Magu.

    Corruption fighting back has finally seen the end of Magu . I have anticipated this to happen . Nigeria is blessed with powerful corrupt individuals who would never relent in their efforts in fighting back.
