AUSTINE AYEMIDEJOR |
With a soaring political profile that has earned him respect and admiration from the people of his locality and the state at large, Mr. Austine Ayemidejor, is indeed a man of humility and grace.
Penultimate week, this amiable gentleman played host to the Igbo community in Sapele at his country home in Igbeku-Amukpe, Sapele Local Government Area of Delta state when Eze
Titus Ezewuzie, the EZE-INDIGBO of Sapele led the newly inaugurated
President and Executives of NDIGBO on a familiarization visit to Mr.
Ayemidejor.

The
new leadership is headed by Elder Ojo .A. Ojo.
Mr.
Ayemidejor, who is the Special Projects Director, Asaba International Airport, applauded the delegation for the visit, describing the Igbo people as
very peaceful and supportive to the growth and advancement of Sapele.
In
his words, "the Igbos have taught our people so much about trading; so
many successful businesses you see today are owned by the Igbo people even
those that left Sapele to Lagos and Abuja are still coming back to develop
Sapele. They are no longer strangers. You people have been living in peace
with the Okpe people; we are happy with the peaceful co-existence among us”.

Eze
Titus, on behalf of Ndigbo, lauded Ayemidejor for the warm reception they
received each time they visit him while also informing him about their forth
coming Igbo Day Celebration to which Ayemidejor accepted to be one of the
launchers at the event.
