"ATIKU'S PRAYERS AT THE TRIBUNAL HAS MADE APC JITTERY"..... ONUESOKE

"If Buhari thinks he won the election free and fair as claimed by his loyalists, he should desist from frustrating the PDP with Federal apparatus and defend how he won the election before the tribunal".

"APC’s action is a lame attempt to divert public attention from the overwhelming evidence that the party rigged the elections"..... Onuesoke

A prominent of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Delta state, Chief Sunny Onuesoke has revealed that the All Progressive Party, APC is jittery over  the prayers of PDP Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar at the tribunal.

In his attempt to claim his mandate, Atiku Abubakar had filed an ex-parte motion at the Court of Appeal in Abuja, venue of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, in which, along with the PDP, he prayed for an order that he won the 2019 Presidential election.

He urged the court to compel  the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to  declare him as the winner of the election.

Onuesoke, who spoke to journalists by the sideline during Atiku’s presentation of his prayers at the Presidential Tribunal sitting at  Abuja, said there are indications that the APC is not comfortable with his prayers  and as such, going about in the media discrediting him on their renewed attack on him and the blame game on the PDP administration.

The PDP Chieftain described APC’s action as a lame attempt to divert public attention from the overwhelming evidence that the party rigged the elections.

He pointed out that Buhari and APC must note that Nigerians are no longer interested in their incompetence and blame game, adding that he should therefore end his diversionary tactics and get ready to defend how he won the election.

According to him, "Clear consciences fear no accusation. If Buhari thinks he won the election free and fair as claimed by his loyalists, he should desist from frustrating the PDP with Federal apparatus and defend how he won the election before the tribunal".

He said Festus Keyamo's mockery of Atiku’s claim that he won the election with 1.6 million votes, is an indication that he is ignorant of the efforts of the Wazirin of Adamawa to claim his mandate which was allegedly stolen through manipulation of the electoral process.

Onuesoke, who vowed that PDP would reclaim what it described as its stolen mandate through the courts, stated, "We are telling them that we will retrieve our stolen mandate whether they like it or not".

"PDP will go the whole hog to take our states which they declared inconclusive. They know that we won those states and come Saturday, we will claim those states".

"We don’t want to say much about the Presidential election because, Nigerians knew what happened. They should not grandstand because at the end of the day, we are confident of victory. No matter how far a lie travels, truth will eventually catch up with it".
