The Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prof Ben Ayade, has redeemed a promise of a 40KVA generator he made to the Christian  Association of Nigeria (CAN), Cross RIver Branch.

Chairman of CAN, Cross River, His Grace Archbishop Joseph Edra Ukpo, who disclosed this in Calabar, revealed that Ayade had promised to provide a 40KVA generator to CAN Secretariat on the day of the commissioning of the Secretariat complex.

The revered man of God and first Bishop and Archbishop of the Catholic Church from Ogoja, disclosed that the Governor has already dropped the generator at the Secretariat.

He revealed further that he will ever remain eternally grateful and indebted to Governor Ayade for his wonderful gesture to CAN and the entire body of Christ, as well as his developmental strides in Cross River State.
