The Executive Director for Planning, Research and Statistics, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Amb. Shedrack Agediga has felicitated with the state governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the government and people of the state on the 28th anniversary of its creation.

Agediga in a congratulatory message in warri commended the Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa and Deltans over the ongoing development in the state.

"As we Mark the 28th anniversary of our dear state, we must continue to thank the Almighty God".

"Over the years, we have enjoyed dividends of democracy under the leadership of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa", he stated.
