Delta Set To Honour Olare Aja of Koko, Chief Stephen Ejueyetsetsi Aganbi

Prominent Warri based entrepreneur and philanthropist, Felix Aganbi will play host top government officials, entrepreneurs and several others as they set to honour him in the oil rich Delta state, come December 10.



Reports reaching Naij News Alert reveals that several scores of musical artistes are already slated to perform for thousands of viewers and spectators who have indicted their interest to participate as they head to Delta State.

Latest reports have revealed that local and foreign artists are expected to show off their mind-blowing vocals and great style on stage in Koko, administrative headquarters of Warri North Local Government Area.

"Artists from overseas including those based here in Nigeria are billed to showcase their talents as they will perform December 10 in honour of Itsekiri lawyer and Olare Aja of Koko, Chief Stephen Ejueyetsetsi   Aganbi", a statement in Koko said.

In the concert titled: Olare-Aja Special Day, rock bands, hip-hop musicians and others will perform in Canaan Land, Koko.

"Nigerians will see flawless dance moves, eye-catching costumes and talent", a statement signed in Koko by business Mogul, Mr Felix Aganbi stated.

The concert, which will be free and open to the public, will also see the presentation of prizes to local artists, churches and community leaders.

‘The 98th birthday of the Olare-Aja of Koko is expected to bring together, top government functionaries, party leaders, traditional rulers, members of the diplomatic corps, technocrats and entrepreneurs. It is also expected to promote values that unite the people", the statement said.

Trained in the United Kingdom, the second republic politician, lawyer and noble statesman was on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 conferred the Alare Aja (Community Head) of Koko by the Olu of Warri, His Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli.

The event in the oil bearing community will begin from 12 noon, the statement added.
