JUST IN: Appeal Court Upheld Election of Ereyitomi....Kicks Out Reyenieju's Petition

The Federal Court of Appeal seating in Benin City, Edo State capital has upheld the election of Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi JP, as the duly elected member representing Warri Federal constituency at the National Assembly.

The Federal Court of Appeal while delivering  judgement on the appeal brought before it by the former House of Representative member, Hon. Daniel Reyenieju, kicked out its petition and reaffirmed the earlier verdict of the Election Tribunal which had declared Hon. Chief Ereyitomi of PDP, as the winner of  the Saturday February  23, 2019 poll for House of Representatives seat for Warri Federal Constituency.

Jubilation greeted the air immediately the pronouncement by the Judge that, Hon. Chief Ereyitomi JP is the authentic winner of the poll and duly elected member representing Warri Federal Constituency.
