The Warri Federal Constituency has been thrown into mourning, following the demise of Chief Emmanuel Ebimami a political and bridge builder, at the ripe age of 80.
The Honourable member Representing Warri Federal Constituency at the Green Chamber at National Assembly, Chief Thomas Ereyitomi JP on behalf of the federal constituency described, Pa. Ebimami, the Bolowei of Egbema kingdom, Warri North, as a lover of peace who built the structure and encouraged peaceful coexistence among Ijaw and Itsekiri in Warri North Local Government Area.
Hon. Ereyitomi who made this known while on a condolence visit to the family of the deceased, described late Pa. Ebimami who was a former member of Federal Character Commission representing Delta State, as a great man and a community leader who has lived a fulfilled life before his demise.
He noted that Pa. Ebimami legacies lives on and speaks volume to all in the federal constituency as well as the state and beyond.
The Reps member said the counsel of the elder statesman and fatherly advice and encouragement will be greatly missed and condoled with the family, the political family just as he admonished the family to consolidate on the good foundation of peace and love among the various ethnic groups built and left behind by the octogenarian of the Ebimami family.
He prayed God to be with the family and for eternal rest be granted late Chief Emmanuel Ebimami.
