Political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Timi Frank has exposed plans by the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Idris to fraudulently legalize the the arrest and detention of the Spokesman of the Coalition of United Political Parties, CUPP, Ikenga Ugochinyere.

Frank, in tweet via his official Twitter handle, @RealTimiFrank gave this expose following what he describes as an attempt in futility.

In his tweet, the Bayelsa born political strategist warned the IGP of the unprofessional act saying that Nigeria is not Banana Republic.

Frank, in his tweet, revealed that the IGP is plotting secretly to obtain a court injunction by Monday, against the CUPP Spokesman, Ikenga Ugochinyere, in order to legalize the various illegalities involved in the arrest.

He advised the nation's #1 Police office to stay off the politics of Nigeria's politicians but be professional in his job.
