ABIA: Governor Ikpeazu's Efforts Towards Medicare Gets Commendation

"Governor Ikpeazu's steadfastness in thinking the good health of Abia people, deserves commendation"..... Sir Don Ubani

.... Urges Abians to take advantage of the Governor's liberal health policy to ascertain their COVID-19 status, an exercise that is completely free of any charges.

The Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Deputy Governor of Abia State, Sir Don Ubani, has expressed feelings of appreciation for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu's untiring efforts towards the medical condition of the people of the State.

Sir Ubani, who stated this in a release issued at Government House, Umuahia, noted with delight the speed and efficiency with which tests on samples relating to COVID-19 cases at the Amachara General Hospital in Umuahia-South.

The Deputy Chief of Staff, who had gone to Amachara General Hospital for a second test for COVID-19 was happy to realize that, unlike his first test in May 2020, which took almost a week before the result was out; the result of his second test came out in less than twenty-four hours after collection of his samples.

Sir Ubani, while commending Governor Ikpeazu for his steadfastness in thinking the good health of Abia people, urged Abians to take advantage of the Governor's liberal health policy to ascertain their COVID-19 status, an exercise that is completely free of any charges.

Sir Ubani, whose second COVID-19 test, just like his first, proved Negative, as he was informed by the assiduous State Commissioner for Health, Dr Jonathan Osuji, reminded Abians of the reality of the pandemic and, therefore, advised them to be compliant with all known Protocols on COVID-19.
