DELTA 2023: Gbagi's Attacks On Mrakpor; Uncalled For, Laughable and Character Assassination Strategies… Latimore

....Face your problems squarely and stop dragging innocent Mrakpor and any other perceived opponents, into his deep mess of alleged stripping, torture and dehumanizing of some of his employees.

 

The spate of attacks on the enviable personality and reputation of the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Delta State, Peter Mrakpor Esq, by former Minister of State for Education, Olorogun Barrister Kenneth Gbagi is distasteful, unproductive and uncalled for.

This was the assertion of the Executive Assistant on Communications to the Governor of Delta State, Dr Barrister Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe in a statement issued on Saturday, 03 October in Asaba, the Delta state capital.  

The EAC, in his statement noted that Gbagi has thrown decency to the swine and has started pursuing his ambition on a bad note by thinking that attacking perceived or would be opponents, may shore up his popularity and possibly give him an edge over them.

Oghenesivbe, a fellow of the Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration, fcida, urged Gbagi to face his problems squarely and stop dragging innocent Mrakpor and any other perceived opponents, into his deep mess of alleged stripping, torture and dehumanizing of some of his employees.

He pointed out that his refusal to honour police invitation connotes a deceptive and unpleasant move to avoid the scale of justice swinging to unearth the criminal allegations of assault occasioning severe harm against him by brutalized fellow Nigerians.

He further asserted that attacks on the Attorney General of the state is a direct attack on this administration, adding that the unfounded allegations against Mrakpor amounts to mischievous political propaganda that has ruined and messed up Gbagi's chances of getting any credible party's ticket to prosecute his highly controversial governorship ambition in 2023.

“Mrakpor is yet to declare his ambition to run for the office of Governor of Delta State in 2023”, Latimore stated.

“Gbagi is merely acting on inferior impulse and what one will call "political phobia" based on the suspicion that his ambition may be ruined if super personalities like Mrakpor and David Edevbie present themselves for the race in 2023, and therefore decided to malign their unique character, personality and pedigree ahead of the election”.

"Gbagi's propaganda strategy ahead of the 2023 governorship election in Delta State is primitive and, grossly unproductive. His vicious approach and character assassination technique is unbecoming of a legal practitioner and a Minister in the Temple of Justice. His popularity is dwindling and fading away by the day, and he must of a necessity, seek ways and means to revive his repulsive personality traits”.

"The last time I checked, the Honourable Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Delta State, Peter Mrakpor Esq who has been selected to be elevated to the enviable ranking of Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, is yet to declare his interest to run for the office of Governor, which is why Gbagi's naked and laughable black propaganda calculated to assassinate the unique personality of Mrakpor and other perceived future opponents will continue to fail and shall negatively work against him in this dispensation”.

 

"I have tasted Gbagi's wicked and vicious attacks in the past and I can tell without mincing words, that Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi is a delicate and destructive individual who takes pleasure in assassinating people’s credible character. He is a sadist who enjoys people’s pains and agony inflicted on them by himself”.

"Gbagi once told me that Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa took a secret oath to hand power to him in 2023. So, why is he after Mrakpor? Is the said oath no longer potent enough to guarantee his ambition of becoming the Governor of Delta State in 2023? What manner of man is Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi? 

"I advise Gbagi to turn up himself to law enforcement agents instead of trying to pervert the course of justice by hiding under legal instruments and propaganda to delay justice which must be served to the last letter in this matter”.

"In Delta State, the name Gbagi evokes multifaceted negative feelings and his recent attacks on a perfect gentleman and legal icon, in the person of Peter Mrakpor Esq is worrisome, baseless, satanic, senseless and goes to no issue, in his faulty calculations to deploy character assassination strategies to promote his questionable image and self centered governorship ambition", Oghenesivbe said.
