NSCDC: DUTSINMA REDEPLOYED, NURADDEEN ABDULLAHI TAKES OVER IN KADUNA AS COMMANDANT.

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps has announced the redeployment of Commandant Kaduna state Command, Babangida Abdullahi Dutsinma.

In his stead, Corps Commandant, Nuraddeen Abdullahi has taken over as new State Commandant of the NSCDC in Kaduna.

ASC Orndiir Terzungwe, Command Public Relations Officer  announced this in a statement issued and signed on behalf of State Commandant, on Thursday October 1, 2020.

According to Terzungwe in his statement, Abdullahi takes over the mantle of leadership on October 1, from Babangida Abdullahi Dutsinma who has been redeployed to the National Headquarters of the Corps, Abuja.

The statement disclosed that Abdullahi, who had served in seven states prior to his recent posting, was the last Commandant in charge of Adamawa State command where he assumed duty in February 2019.

The new Commandant, while addressing the officers and men of the Kaduna Command, called on officers and men of the command to support his administration by contributing through credible intelligence and positive decisions.

"I welcome ideas to be able to arrive at collective decisions", Abdullahi stressed. 

Earlier in his hand over and farewell speech, his predecessor, Babangida Abdullahi Dutsinma, called on personnel of the Command to extend similar degree of support they accorded him to his successor.

Dutsinma while commending the officers and men of the Command for their dedication, expressed optimism of the new Commandant's successes especially with the cooperation of the personnel.

He urged the new Commandant to consolidate on the operational capability of the command in synergy with other security agencies in tackling security threats bedeviling the state.

The handing and taking over ceremony was witnessed by Zone B Commander of NSCDC, ACG Dauda Danladi Mungadi who was represented by Commandant Abiodun Taiwo.
