HERDSMEN LAUNCH REVENGE ATTACK: Many Feared Killed In Ogun State

A week after the visit of the now popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo (aka Sunday Igboho) to Ogun State to chase away Fulani herdsmen from Igua, the herders are said to have retaliated.

DAILY POST gathered that the herdsmen invaded Owode Ketu community, attacking the villagers around 5am on Thursday.
Confirming the incident, the House of Assembly member representing Ketu Constituency, Hon Wahab Haruna Abiodun, said in a statement that, “It is so sad that Ketu Constituency is bathing in the blood of constituents”.

According to him, “Fulani herders attacked Owode ketu in Eggua ward and killed no fewer than six people, leaving scores seriously injured”.
