The Executive Director Finance and Administration (EDFA) DESOPADEC, chief Bar john Obukohwo Nani, wish to happily felicitate with the Delta State First lady Mrs Dame Edith Okowa on her 60th birthday Anniversary.

Speaking to Aghwemutuwevwi media team, the Aghwemutuwevwi 1 of Idjerhe Kingdom Chief Barrister John Obukowho Nani, who doubles as the EDFA DESOPADEC, describes Mrs Dame Edith Okowa as a quintessential First Lady of a class, being a role model, her welfare programmes impacts, had benefited wide segments of Delta State population, such as free Care for opharns, aged people, widows, widowers, eye sight, sickle cell and sleeping sickness patients including provision of free drugs and food items to needy, through her 05 initiative pet project.

Nevertheless, her numerous humaniterians empowerment programmes, cut across the state, in surport of her husband, the Ekwueme of Delta State, Sen. Dr ifeanyi Okowa, towards extending and strengthening the prosperity to all Deltans Agenda of the State government, which are indelible in our heart.
