Delta: Akpomudje SAN Emerges Third Most Titled Holder In Olomu Kingdom
Renowned legal practitioner, Chief Albert Akpomudje SAN was today presented as the Akpile/Akpohor (third most titled holder) to the Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, HRM.R.L. Ogbon Ogoni Oghoro I JP..
He was presented to the reverred Monarch by the Ruling Houses in Olomu Kingdom.
In chat with newsmen, the former Secretary of the Urhobo Progress Union, UPU Worldwide promised to do everything possible to use his influence to attract developments to Olomu Kingdom.
Chief Akpomudje who expressed worries that the Olomu Kingdom had no Palace, said it will be one of the first issues himself and Olomu people must address.
"As soon as i find myself in the position, it's one of the things we must struggle for to ensure that we have a Palace.
"You cannot come to Olomu and you say there is a Palace in Agbon, there is a Palace in Okpe, there is a Palace in Akperhe. It doesn't work. We want to do like the Okpe have done. They have so many communities but they have a Palace."
While noting that anyone occupying the respected throne can have their own personal houses, Chief Akpomudje said there must be a Palace.
"That's we are going to focus on. Going to make sure that thing come to pass."
