PDP NATIONAL CONVENTION: AMORI EMERGES DEP. NATIONAL ORGANIZING SECRETARY... DC-23 Congratulates Its Nat. Chairman On Electoral Victory.

"It is, therefore our prayers that the almighty God, shall direct the steps of the National Chairman-elect, Deputy National Organizing Secretary-elect and the other elected officials, in their avowed determination to enthrone internal democracy and repositioning of the party towards achieving the desired overwhelming victory in the forthcoming 2023 general election".... Following the emergence of Senator Ighoyota Amori as the Deputy National Organizing Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the Delta Central 2023 Lobby group, otherwise known as DC-23, has congratulated it's National Chairman on his electoral victory.

Chief Amori popularly reffered to as the "Odidimadi of Africa was returned unopposed in the just concluded National Convention of the PDP held on Saturday, 30th October 2021 in Abuja

A statement signed by Olorogun Arthur Akpowowo, National Publicity Secretary of DC-23, he described the election of Amori as Deputy National Organizing Secretary as a square peg in a square hole.

In the statement, the lobby group stressed that Amori would definitely make the PDP proud as he is very creative, innovative and determined to make the difference in any position assigned to him. 

The group therefore, advised Senator Chief Ighoyota Amori to use his new office to promote unity, fair play and enthrone internal democracy within the party’s fold.

"We congratulate the newly elected Deputy National Organizing Secretary elect of our great party, PDP, other elected officials, leaders of the party, governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Chief James Onanefe Ibori, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, the delegates and every member of our great party on the successful conclusion of the elective convention, held 30th and 31st of December, 2023 in Abuja".
