Distinguished Senator Pius Anyim, GCON in continuation of his national consultation and parley with eminent personalities across the country concerning his presidential aspiration, come 2023, has visited one of the nation's foremost courageous former military officer and Patriot, Lt. General Theophilus Y. Danjuma.

Sen. Pius Anyim, GCON, while at the residence of the retired Taraba-born General, said; "I was privileged to be part of the birthday events of a quintessential statesman, Gen. TY Danjuma. It was like any other day with distinctive visitors but without the large crowds in deference to the Covid protocols.

"In all that, I had a rare privilege to present my birthday wishes captured in a one-page letter to the man of all times, whose passion for a better Nigeria anchored on equity and justice remains unshakable.

The Presidential hopeful from the South-East further described Gen. TY Danjuma as his leader and prayed for God's continued strength.

He said; "Congratulations my leader. I pray that the Almighty God will continue to strengthen and preserve you until your dream for a better Nigeria comes to pass."
