Emerging reports from the Kaduna State reveals that armed bandits have again struck on Sunday night, at about 11:30pm abducting a Catholic Priest.

The bandits reportedly attacked a Catholic parish located in Chawai, a community in the Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State and kidnapped the Parish Priest, Rev Fr Joseph Shekari.

During the attack, the bandits killed a man, who is said to be a cook. His identity is yet to be determined.
