Ahead of the National Convention of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, frontline contender for the Kaduna Central Senatorial District ticket, Malam Lawal Adamu Usman, has expressed his gratefulness to God Almighty for the successful completion of preparations by the PDP.

The aspirant, popularly known and addressed as Mr. LA, a philanthropist and grounded politician of great repute, thanked God Almighty for all of His intervention, saying; "We thank God Almighty as we have completed preparations towards the upcoming National Convention of the PDP, consolidating on the Presidential candidature of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar GCFR (Wazirin Adamawa) and other offices in which we have aspirants to contest during the primaries also coming up soon."

Mr. LA, who enjoys wide acceptability across the length and breadth of Kaduna state, owing to his philanthropy which includes educational scholarships to students in the tertiary institutions, irrespective of religion, tribe or ethnicity, has continuously put smiles on the faces of many indigent families especially with the outrageous hike in schools by the APC administration, even in the face of economic hardship Nigerians and Kaduna people are made to contend with daily.

The Kaduna Central Senatorial District aspirant, while reaching out to his multitude of supporters that cuts across every religion, tribe and ethnicity, urged all of his supporters and those in the opposition alike, to think deep within themselves, in the choices they make in electing their leaders and ensure that they vote out those who have plagued their lives in the last 7 years.

He said; "I urge our supporters to think deep within themselves. Don’t allow anybody to convince you through campaigns. Look around you, ask yourselves if you feel you deserve better than you got during the past 7 years, if you do then you vote this administration out, simple. 

"We have witnessed people being sold like cattle, riots, arson, corruption and absolute lack of law and order or lack of respect for it. 

"This is the only time in the history of this country that a case was ruled over by the Supreme Court twice, it is only in this administration that we witnessed the first in-fighting between people who serve the same government. Only in this administration that we witnessed the impeachment of an executive officer within the time frame of an hour! 

Mr. LA stressed that, "we are all witnesses to what happened and what is still happening today."

"I can keep going on but we are all witnesses to what happened and what is happening. We must do what we believe in our heart to be the right thing. For me, I will always respect the leadership of a businessman over a retired soldier. What about you?" He asked.
