As Muslims commemorate this year’s Eid El Kabir, erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP), Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has sent a special Sallah homily and greeting to former Vice President and Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 election, Alh. Atiku Abubakar and other faithful adherents of Islam across Nigeria.

In a message of felicitation made available to the media, the APC chieftain called on Muslims to use the occasion to reminisce on love, peace, good brotherliness and the solemn impact of national bond on the country’s progress which he said are at the core of Atiku’s pact with Nigerians during the general elections.

Congratulating Muslims over this year’s Sallah, Eze hailed Nigerians for developing the muscles to adjust to the difficulties of the trying moment and absorb the shocks it has triggered on individual subconscious and our national life.

"I therefore urges our Muslims brethren and all Nigerians to make sacrifices for the growth and development of our dear great country, Nigeria as I am very hopeful that the prayers and sacrifices that come with this great celebration of Eid-ei-Kabir will bring peace, unity, and progress to our dear country Nigeria."

Expressing confidence that things will get better, Eze urged Muslims to use the season of Eid to share love, preach peace and pray for God’s benevolence and kindness to turn the table for the good of Nigerians.
