Following the electoral victory of Right Honourable Sheriff  Francis Oborevwori as Governor of the Delta State earlier this year, political pundits, stakeholders and deltans in particular have continued to celebrate his win, describing it as one of the best things to happen in the state.

Top communications expert and strategist, social commentator and media assistant to the immediate past Governor of Delta state, Olorogun Barrister Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe JP has stated that "as Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Sheriff Francis Oborevwori is prepared to offer good governance to the people, minor delays notwithstanding.

Seeking the views of the people, deltans believe that Governor Oborevwori is grounded and at home with the good people of the state who stood their ground to see him emerge as the duly elected Governor of Delta state and have reiterated that petitions and other attempts to discredit his person are but a sheer waste of time and resources that these category of failed leaders can put to better use than waste same in fighting a man that is the peoples choice.
