Former General Manager, Legal Services at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund, NSITF, Innocent Eremionkhale, Esq, has berated Sahara Reporters for its report linking his exit to a conflict with the management of the Fund.

Eremionkhale issued a disclaimer Wednesday in reaction to the online report alleging mass resignations in the Fund due to a crisis between staff and management.

“I wish to respectfully clarify that I was not among any staff members who resigned from the NSITF as a result of any disagreement, dispute, conflict, or misunderstanding with the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer or the Management of the Fund,” he stated.

“For the avoidance of doubt, throughout my tenure as General Manager, Legal Services, I maintained a cordial and professional working relationship with the Managing Director and Management,” he added.

His statement aligns with NSITF’s earlier position. Head of Corporate Affairs, Alexandra Mede, had on June 4, 2026, rejected claims of managerial crisis and mass resignations, insisting staff exits were voluntary and part of an ongoing restructuring.
