Following the governorship election victory of Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state at the Supreme Court, congratulatory messages and felicitations from his teeming associates and supporters have continued to pour in.

Joining the train of well wishers is Professor Patrick Muoboghare, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Delta State and a long standing ally of the Governor.

Prof. (Evang) Patrick Muoboghare, who is also the Honourable Commissioner for Higher Education in Delta state, joins thousands of Okowa supporters and associates in felicitating with His Excellency, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Executive Governor, Delta State on the Supreme Court verdict that reaffirmed Gov. Okowa and PDP Victory in the March 2019 gubernatorial election in Abuja.

Muoboghare, in a brief chat with journalists following the verdict of the the Supreme Court, said the judgement is well deserved and it is a victory for a stronger Delta Agenda.

The Education Commissioner congratulate His Excellency, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, Delta state chapter of the PDP and Deltans in general for this judicial announcement.

"I congratulate His Excellency on the well deserved victory as the Supreme Court has reaffirmed our electoral victory of March 2019", he stated.
