TRAGEDY: NSCDC Kaduna Mourns Death of Officer

The Kaduna State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has announced the death of one of its  personnel PICIl Bulus Sanda.

PICIl Bulus Sanda, according to a statement issued by ASC Orndiir Terzungwe
CPRO on behalf of the State Commandant, Babangida Abdullahi Dutsinma on Tuesday, September 07th, 2020, disclosed that the late Sanda was reportedly abducted from his residence at Mararaba-Rido, Chikun Local Government Area, penultimate week.

In the statement, ASC Terzungwe said
Bulus Sanda had been murdered by his abductors.

"Before the unfortunate and dastard act, PICIl Bulus Sanda who joined the corps in 2010 had served the corps in many places, the last location being in Kaduna-North Division, Terzungwe said.

"The officer, whose commitment and dedication to duty was exemplary, was among few personnel that received an award a day to his abduction and gruesome execution".

"He was held captive with his neighbors who had been kidnapped from their houses and later killed by yet to be known persons".

Following the sad event, the State Commandant extends condolences to the deceased's immediate family on behalf of officers and men of the command, urging them to accept it as fate.

While praying for the repose of their souls, the command calls on the good and law abiding citizens of the state to continue to support security agencies to rid the state of crimes.

In spite of the ill-fated incident, the command will remain resolute and continue to perform all its statutory duties to ensure safety and security of lives.
