Sources in the Transportation Ministry have revealed that the Honourable Minister in charge of the Federal Ministry of Transportation, Rt. Honourable Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, is indeed having sleepless nights, following the ongoing revelations of his wife's likely culpability in alleged corruption issues that occured in the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.

What is however trending presently in the country's political space is the ongoing crises at cash cow agency of the Transport Ministry, the Nigeria Ports Authority, NPA, whose Managing Director, Hadiza Bala Usman is on suspension, owing to allegations leveled against her and subsequently, a prove into her management of resources.

However, what is news is that, the newly appointed replacement to Hadiza Bala Usman, in acting capacity though; Mohammed Bello Kolo, is undergoing intense scrutiny following some allegations that have been raised against him.

In a tweet, via his verified Twitter handle, Jackson Ude revealed that "the new Acting Managing Director of the NPA, Mohammed Bello Kolo, has been involved in alleged acts of laundering of monies for Rotimi Amaechi for years, while he worked in a Bank in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State".

Ude, therefore is calling on the new helmsman at the NPA, "to explain the billions of dollars he collected through his Zenith Bank account 1020044245 and his relationship with Trepole Energy Ltd, amongst others".

With these exposures, insinuations are ride that his assuming full charge and control of the office of Managing Director of the NPA, might be a mirage.
