The Managing Consultant/CEO of Inspired Vision Worldwide Limited, a company that brand and inspire individuals and organizations, Tagbarha Malcolm was a Guest Speaker at the 2021 Jet Age Nation Builders Boot Camp, held yesterday, 12th of August, at the Mom Civic Centre, Airport Road, Warri, Delta State.

The occasion was in commemoration of the International Youth Day, a globally recognized event especially for youths in various countries and nigeria was no exception.

At the event held in Warri, Delta State, Mr. Tagbarha Malcolm, fellow of the Institute of Human and Natural Resources, Abuja, who spoke on "Maximizing Your Potentials Against All Odds", took the participants on a journey from how he was raised from relative obscurity in the tripod of Sapele, Warri and Ughelli, by his single parent mum against all odds, to become a Writer, Best Selling Author, Change Maker and an International Conference Speaker. 

The USAID/International Republican Institute, (IRI), Campaign Trainer, who has honoured speaking invitations in Ethiopia, Switzerland, Paris, Belgium, Norway, Denver Colorado, Washington DC, eta, shared his life story to inspire participants to rediscover and develop themselves and become change makers.

Mr Malcolm, the multiple award winning pioneer Chief Press Secretary to Sapele LGA Council, who was honoured with a Jet Age Outstanding Leadership Award for Contributions to Nation Building, called on parents and guardians to closely monitor their children and wards, with a view to raising them to become responsible members of the society, while government should implement youth friendly policies and programmes that are geared towards human capital development while celebrating and rewarding hard work and excellence.

On his part, Founder cum Continental Coordinator, Jet Age Nation Builders, Amb. Young Piero who is the crooner of "The Future Is Now" (which is the theme of the event), while reeling out various developmental strides and landmark achievements of the organization, encouraged participate to continue to make efforts to attend similar conferences and boot camps, where they will have opportunities to develop themselves. 

He also identified and selected outstanding participants who successfully pitched their businesses, and promised that his organization will give them the necessary support to grow their businesses.
