What is very worrisome about the desolate and pitiable condition of this single mother, is that, churches and mosques in her neighborhood do not engage in charity or welfare programs. 

Is charity or love not the bedrock of both Faiths, Islam and Christianity? 

Are churches and mosques now redefining the simple mission and commission of Prophet Mohammed and Jesus Christ the son of God respectfully?

Are religious bodies in Nigeria not classified as non profit and charity organizations; and the reason they are exempted from paying taxes?

Can someone tell the writer of this small piece the rationale behind having all of these churches and mosques all over Nigeria, if it is not about love or charity?

Hmmmm, "we do not do charity". However, what is the meaning of church and mosque in today's Nigeria???
