HON. EKUMANKAMA JOSEPH RESUMES AS MINISTER OF STATE FOR HEALTH

.... Pledges to work in allegiance with the Minister on the developmental strides, guidelines and policies of the Ministry. 

Following the recent appointments and swearing-in of new ministers by President Muhammadu Buhari penultimate week, Ekumankama Joseph Nkama, one of those appointed as Minister designate as assumed of as the new Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Health on Wednesday, 13th July.

Ekumankama Joseph Nkama took over the mantle of leadership from his predecessor Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora at a formal handover ceremony, held at the Federal Ministry of Health Headquaters in Abuja.

Receiving the new Minister was the Honourable Minister in charge of the Health Ministry, Dr. Osagie Ehanire alongside the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Mahmuda Mamman and Directors of the Ministry.

In a statement issued and signed by the Deputy Director, Press and Public Relations Department, A. A. A Chindaya, the new Minister, Ekumankama pledged to work in allegiance with the Minister on the developmental strides, guidelines and policies of the Ministry.
