The Kungiyyar Mutanen Arewa Emirati heartily appreciates High Chief Dennis Otuaro, Ibe Uyadonwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, for felicitating with Muslims faithful in Nigeria and the world over as they celebrate the Eid-el-Kabir.

High Chief Dennis Otuaro who had long been a friend of the Kungiyyar, offered his Sallah Valedictory to the Emirati on Wednesday, 28th June 2023. 

In the message High Chief Dennis Otuaro said; "I am not unaware of the activities of the Kungiyyar Mutanen Arewa in promoting peaceful co-existence among the different ethnic peoples of Nigeria, not the least is the Ijaw Nation and the Hausa Fulani."

He particularly noted an event where the Kungiyyar made a support policy statement in its 73rd Jamiyyah in lieu of the pipeline contract awarded to Messrs Tantita Security Services Nigeria limited by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, adding that such dispassionate support can only lend weight to the much needed desire to build bridges of social, cultural, religious, political and economic alliances among the various cultural peoples of Nigeria."

While wishing the Kungiyyar a happy Sallah celebration, High Chief Dennis Otuaro prayed God to continue to shower his blessing and mercy upon all members of the Kungiyyar Emirati and its household for more fruitful years of services to the nation and particularly to the well-being of Muslims faithfuls.

Responding on behalf of the Kungiyyar, its Mufti, Comrade Saidu Bello who signed the statement alongside his Secretary, Comrade Aminu Saeed Shehu, thanked High Chief Dennis Otuaro and commended the outcomes from the robust pipeline surveillance architecture put in place by Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo (aka Tompolo) which has ensured fortuitous increase in crude oil production and the ability of Nigeria to meets its current OPEC quota.
