Federal Ministry Of Education Mourn The Passing of Professor Ismail Junaidu

The Federal Ministry of Education has mourned the passing of Professor Ismail Junaidu, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC).

In a condolence message, the Minister of Education Professor Tahir Mamman, said: "On behalf of the entire Ministry, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the NERDC and the family of Professor Junaidu during this difficult time."

Professor Mamman who described Professor Junaidu as a visionary leader and champion of education, whose dedication and passion made a lasting impact on the sector, said,  "His tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on our nation's educational landscape."

The Minister also  prayed for the repose of Professor Junaidu's soul and comfort for his loved ones during this difficult time.
